The Role

As a Sr. Data Analyst, Strategic Health Analytics, you will play a key role in supporting Clinical and Commercial business development through rigorous, evidence-based analysis. This role blends technical problem-solving with strategic thinking: shaping sound analytical approaches to ambiguous questions, executing analyses with rigor, and synthesizing findings into clear, decision-ready narratives for internal stakeholders and external-facing conversations.

  • Drive the strategy and roadmap across a suite of products that help content creators protect, value, and earn compensation for their work, and adjacent AI Access products

This is a newly created, high-impact role that will serve as a critical global communications leader, responsible for shaping and delivering the organization’s voice — internally and externally — across every major channel and audience.

Reporting directly to the VP of Communications, this leader will oversee a multi-disciplinary team spanning internal communications, executive communications, social media, media relations/PR, and broader corporate affairs functions. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Media Relations/PR leader to set strategic direction for proactive and reactive media strategies that protect and enhance the organization’s reputation.
  • Provide senior counsel and support to the Media Relations/PR team on high-stakes issues, and key announcements, coordinating across legal, HR, and senior leadership.
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues monitoring, media Q&As, and consistent message delivery during sensitive situations.
  • Align media relations activity — including press releases, media pitches, media briefings, and events — with broader communications priorities and organizational goals.
  • Partner with the Social Media leader to develop platform-specific strategies that build brand presence, drive engagement, and grow audiences.
  • Ensure social media strategy is integrated with the broader global communications strategy and aligned to brand voice and business priorities.
  • Support the Social Media team in identifying trends, opportunities, and risks through landscape monitoring and listening data.
  • Provide guidance and senior oversight on social media governance, policies, and response protocols.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional communications team across multiple geographies.

Qualifications:

Required

  • 8 -10+ years of progressive communications experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple communications disciplines — including internal communications, executive communications, media relations, and social media.
  • Proven track record leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats (long-form, short-form, digital, scripted).

About the Role

The Senior Operations Manager within Customer Operations will lead the strategic direction and operational management of the mortgage loan servicing and collections functions. Stay ahead of the roadmap (literally, it’s the job)

  • Continuously monitor Claude and ChatGPT product roadmaps, release notes, and vendor communications to anticipate platform changes before they land

AI moves fast. Embarrassingly fast. And right now, most corporate IT teams are reacting to it,  scrambling to figure out what employees are pasting into ChatGPT while the next model drop quietly changes the rules again.

You’re going to change that at Chainguard.

This is a brand-new role sitting within the IT Engineering group inside Cyber Resiliency. You’ll own our managed AI platform posture end-to-end: anticipating what’s coming, governing how we use it, tracking what it costs us, building the tooling that keeps it safe, and making sure everyone from engineering to the exec team is using AI in ways that are fast, secure, and defensible.

This is an individual contributor role. You won’t be managing people but you’ll be managing chaos. There’s no playbook yet. You’re writing it.

What you’ll do

Stay ahead of the roadmap (literally, it’s the job)

  • Continuously monitor Claude and ChatGPT product roadmaps, release notes, and vendor communications to anticipate platform changes before they land

  • Translate upcoming features into proactive configuration, policy, and enablement decisions not reactive scrambles

  • Maintain active relationships with Anthropic and OpenAI account teams; flag ToS updates, data processing agreement changes, and acceptable use policy shifts before they become surprises

Own AI platform administration and configuration governance

About the Role

Do you have experience in successfully conceptualizing, developing and communicating health economic models that demonstrate the value of new healthcare interventions in the Canadian setting? About You

While we are seeking applications from those who already have at least 2 years’ experience delivering relevant project types within an agency setting, we also are seeking those who are flexible and willing to learn and contribute to a wide variety of areas. You will be expected to work across different accounts spanning multiple disease areas and therefore should be able to familiarize yourself with new information quickly.

Specifically, we are looking for candidates with the following experience:

  • A degree level or higher qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum GPA 3.3). We welcome applications from candidates with a diverse range of specialties, including but not limited to; biology, chemistry, pharmacy and medicine
  • At least 2 years’ professional experience in a consulting, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or public sector role where you analyzed and communicated health data in different formats for key stakeholders. The ideal candidate would have experience working in HEOR within the Canadian setting, such as working on HTA submission packages to CDA-AMC and/or INESSS
  • Strong scientific writing skills with the ability to tailor writing style to different audiences
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of written accuracy
  • Excellent proficiency in written English and arithmetic
  • Excellent data presentation skills, including the ability to use Excel, PowerPoint and Word effectively and efficiently to produce a professional, high standard of work

What You Bring & How You Qualify

  • 5+ years of QA engineering experience, including hands-on feature and regression testing across web and mobile platforms, automated test development, and active participation in Agile release cycles from test planning through production deployment

  • Able to work independently and be flexible with changing priorities and simultaneous projects; successful in an Agile development cycle

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, with a track record of partnering with engineering, product, UX, and customer support teams to define test plans, triage and prioritize issues, and coordinate release readiness across stakeholders

  • Experience in certifying and driving consistent releases and delivering within short release cycles

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own the roadmap for MBR capabilities, including core bill review workflows, reporting, and adjacent features across integrated solutions
  • Continuously evaluate where AI-driven capabilities – such as intelligent document processing, anomaly detection, or workflow automation – can meaningfully improve client outcomes
  • Drive the vision for how the product can adapt to client-specific needs while maintaining reliability, compliance, and transparency
  • Balance innovation with the practical demands of enterprise legal and finance environments
  • Identify opportunities, including AI-assisted capabilities, that deliver measurable client value without unnecessary complexity

Execution & Delivery

  • Write clear product requirements and translate these into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product features; leverage AI writing and analysis tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate drafting, summarization, and research tasks
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features with appropriate guardrails and quality standards
  • Define and track success metrics including adoption, operational efficiency, and client retention
  • Draw upon Agile and project management skills to increase engineering effectiveness and execution velocity; use AI-assisted tooling where appropriate to reduce overhead on documentation, sprint planning, and backlog grooming

Qualifications

Required

  • 6+ years in Product Management, with B2B enterprise software experience (corporate legal or finance preferred)
